Returns & Refund Policy

This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Fabulous Fitness KE through www.fabulousfitness.co.ke.

We aim to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, please review the policy below.


Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided

Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the customer.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged on delivery:

  • Used or assembled gym equipment
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
  • Accessories with broken seals or signs of use

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photos or videos to help us assess the issue. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost to you.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us through our website with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Supporting photos (if applicable)

Do not return items without prior approval, as they may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

We recommend using a trackable delivery service. Fabulous Fitness KE is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method or an alternative method where applicable.

Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.


Warranty Items

Some products are covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer’s terms and may involve repair or replacement rather than a refund.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund within the stated timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
