Description
Battle Rope
A battle rope is a heavy, thick rope used for dynamic strength and conditioning exercises. Anchored at one point, users grip the ends and perform wave, slam, and pull movements. Battle ropes are popular in functional training, HIIT workouts, sports conditioning, and metabolic training because they build power, endurance, and full-body strength.
